The turn of the new and old year represents a magical time for many. We reminisce, assess, evaluate what we could have done differently, better. At the same time, we expect what a varied palette of new experiences and life circumstances the next year will bring, and we make new resolutions and try to be better people again, at least for a while. Music has magical power, it is able to get under a person's skin, to stimulate deeper emotions, to provide space for at least a temporary exit from life's merry-go-round, to enjoy the beauty of the moment... For many, opera or operetta arias and choruses are the most impressive.
As a leading Slovak conductor, Peter Valentovič regularly performs with major domestic orchestras, as well as on renowned foreign concert and opera stages. Eva Bodorová and Miroslav Dvorský have been active in the operetta repertoire for a long time, so their interpretation will surely bring an unforgettable highlight of the year.
