The subscription concert cycle for lovers of chamber orchestra music has remained unchanged since the previous concert season. Apart from the Slovak Chamber Orchestra Bohdan Warchal, the Bratislava Childrens Choir and the Echo Youth Choir, together with the Mixed Choir of the Bratislava Conservatorium, make their appearance.
Whereas last seasons repertoire was focused mainly on Baroque composers, this 57th seasons program offer is extended to include Classicism, Romanticism and music from the 20th century. To continue in the tradition started, the orchestra will proceed with its renditions of Handel`s Grand Concertos op. 6. In December, apart from the well-known and popular Czech Christmas Mass by Ryba, a new composition Do hory, do lesa for childrens choir and string orchestra, by Ladislav Kupkovič, the  Slovak composer living in Gemany, will be heard. The performance of Jan Levoslav Bella`s Requiem, a work totally unknown in Slovakia, will definitely be a momentous experience.
