The Slovak Philharmonic is committed to making its website www.filharmonia.sk accessible in accordance with Act No. 95/2019 Coll. on Information Technologies in Public Administration and Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies.

This website is partially compliant with the accessibility requirements under Act No. 95/2019 Coll., the standard STN EN 301 549 V2.1.2, and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) at level AA, due to the non-compliances listed below.

 

Non-accessible Content

Some parts of this website are not fully accessible for the following reasons:

  • Some images lack alternative text, or their descriptions are inaccurately formulated, not adequately reflecting the image’s purpose, in violation of §15 of Act No. 95/2019 Coll.

  • Some documents, especially in PDF format, may not be fully accessible, for example due to missing structural tags, titles, or correct reading order.

  • Some links on the website lack descriptive text, making their purpose unclear to users of assistive technologies.

  • Certain elements of the user interface may not be fully operable via keyboard or lack visible focus indicators when navigating.
