ANNOUNCEMENT regarding Canceled and Postponed Concerts

Dear concert visitors,
Following the decision of the Government of the Slovak Republic regarding emergency measures, The Slovak Philharmonic Ticket Office will remain CLOSED until further noticed and all of our concerts are also cancelled until further notice.

The possible alternative dates for some concerts will be announced. Tickets and subscribtions tickets stay valid for a new concerts dates.

You can claim your refund of the tickets amount for canceled concerts after reopening the Slovak Philharmonic Ticket Office. We thank the Slovak Philharmonic fans in advance who will not claim a refund. It means great support for us.

Tickets may be returned at the Slovak Philharmonic Ticket Office, in the Reduta building, Nám. Eugena Suchoňa, Bratislava. Tickets purchased from the Ticketportal network may only be returned at the point of sale.

If the tickets were purchased online through the Portal Navstevnik.sk, you can request for a refund as follows:

• Directly at the Slovak Philarmonic Ticket Office presenting tickets printed.
• By e-mail at vstupenky@filharmonia.sk.

Refund requests must be accompanied by tickets, preferably in PDF form along with the transaction detail confirmation, clearly indicating the amount, date and account number of the payer (the whole IBAN, BIC/SWIFT code).
The payment will be transferred to your account number provided.
