Slovak Philharmonic CEO announces auditions for the Slovak Philharmonic Choir: Alto singer, Tenor singer and Bass singer, on April 24, 2019

Entry Salary € 815-950 (Based on Contestant’s Professional Experience)


Auditions will be held on April 24, 2019 (Wednesday) at 2 PM at the Slovak Philharmonic Choir Rehearsal Room, Medená 3, 816 01 Bratislava.

Required musical education: University or Conservatory degree in the relevant field

Audition conditions

First round:

– Aria Rendition and Song Rendition due to Contestant’s free choice

After 1. round will candidates be commisioned  by points to 2. round, minimum is 26 points.

Second round:

a) Sight-reading (a prima vista)

b) Musical, Rhythm and Intonation Examination 

– scores will be available at the 2. round

The Slovak Philharmonic Choir will provide candidates with an accompanist (piano tuning 442);
candidates can also arrange an own piano accompaniment at their own expense. After the Round 2. Contestant will be informed on his/heir Result.
